Why use vacuum packing to store food?

Why do we swear by vacuum food storage? Vacuum packing is the most natural way of preserving food’s freshness. Storing food in vacuum containers or vacuum bags does not affect the food’s taste or aroma. Vacuum reduces oxidation to a minimum and protects the nutritional value. It is simple to use and appropriate for every household.

Choose vacuum containers and universal vacuum lids for short-term storage in the refrigerator; and vacuum sealers with vacuum bags for long-term storage in the freezer.
