The correct way of vacuum packing with the Vacuum Sealer Status BV500.

How to make a bag out of the foil roll?

1. Place the end of the bag up to the grey marker and close the lid.
2. Press Start/Stop and then on the marked spot on the lid.
3. The vacuum bag is sealed when the indicator light turns off.

Use the automatic mode for vacuum packing dry and solid foods.

1. Place the end of the bag up to the mark in the vacuum channel and close the lid.
2. Press Start/Stop and then on the marked spot on the lid.
3. The vacuum bag is ready when the indicator light turns off.

Use the manual mode for vacuum packing moist and delicate foods.

1. Place the end of the bag up to the white marker and lock the lid.
2. Press Start/Stop and observe what is happening inside the bag.
3. When you asses enough air has been pumped, press Start/Stop again.
4. The vacuum bag is ready when the indicator light turns off.
5. Unlock the lid by pressing on the right and left corners.

When you feel like you have to push stronger during vacuum packing, it is time to change the seals. Contact your local seller for more information.
