How To Correctly Vacuum Seal Vacuum Containers?
Follow these steps:
- Precisely place the lid on the container.
- Push the edges of the lid onto the container (especially while the container is new).
- Hold the pump firmly while pushing it into the slot around the valve.
- The container is vacuum-sealed when you feel slight resistance in the pump.
If you are still not able to create vacuum, check the seal and the valve. They must be clean and dry.
If the vacuum releases after a few hours or even minutes, check if the container is damaged with a water test as shown in the video.
